Country Manager (UAE) - Multinational Logistics Service Provider
A leading logistics provider is seeking a Country Manager to lead, develop, and expand its UAE operations, driving commercial growth, operational excellence, and compliance with corporate governance and local regulations. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping strategy, strengthening client relationships, and optimising financial performance to position the company as a top-tier integrated logistics partner in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with regional and group objectives.
- Identify market trends, risks, and opportunities to guide long-term planning.
- Lead business development initiatives to grow market share and customer base.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance across departments.
- Drive process improvement, cost optimisation, and operational excellence.
- Implement corporate systems, policies, and performance frameworks.
- Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams across the country.
- Develop, coach, and retain top-performing talent, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure HR, administrative, and people processes are aligned with group standards.
- Represent the company with government authorities, clients, and key stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in logistics or freight forwarding, including at least 5 years in a country or senior leadership role.
- Proven success in business development, operations management, and full P&L responsibility.
- Strong understanding of multi-site or regional logistics operations.
