Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for
Operations Executive based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an Operation Executive you will manage and oversee all government-related processes, company formation operations, visa, labor, licensing and compliance matters.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and liaise with government entities and authorities to ensure smooth processing of all company-related applications.
- Keep the HR and management teams updated on changes to UAE government regulations, labor laws, and immigration procedures.
- Manage the full cycle of employment processes, including work permits, entry visas, Emirates IDs, medical tests, labor cards, and business licenses, ensuring full legal compliance.
- Support employees through visa processes, including medical appointments and document submissions.
- Handle visa renewals, cancellations and updates to ensure company records remain accurate and compliant.
- Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, permits, company registrations to prevent delays or penalties.
- Prepare, submit and follow up on legal documents, attestations, clearances with relevant ministries and authorities (e.g., MOHRE, Ministry of Interior, Chamber of Commerce, Municipality, DED, Customs, Court, etc.).
- Represent the company in government offices, ministries and municipalities when required
- Respond promptly to inquiries related to licensing, documentation and HR-related government processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of PRO and company formation operations experience in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration procedures and government regulations.
- Proven experience handling official documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience in attestation and clearance processes in UAE.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Valid UAE driving license.
