We are looking for a professional and confident Client Relations & Sales Executive to join our customs clearance and logistics team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Promote customs clearance and logistics services to potential customers
- Prepare quotations and follow up to close deals
- Coordinate with the operations team on ongoing shipments
- Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Conduct client visits when required
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (logistics experience is a plus)
- Professional attitude and strong customer-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Good computer and email skills
