Junior Accountant – Dublin (Full-Time, On-Site)

We’re now looking for a driven Financial Controller to join our Dublin team and help support our expanding international operations.
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, close collaboration with senior leadership, and a clear pathway for career progression in a commercially focused, forward-thinking company.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and support day-to-day finance and accounting operations
- Prepare and assist with monthly and annual accounts
- Manage cash flow, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Support tax and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Partner with management to deliver accurate reporting and financial insight
- Help strengthen and improve finance processes as the business scales
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in accounting or finance (practice or industry)
- Strong understanding of core accounting principles
- Exposure to multi-country tax or compliance is an advantage
- Fluent in English; French is a strong plus
- Organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and keen to develop
