Position Overview:
We are seeking a Travel & Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for our trainers, delegates and staff. This includes flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and logistical support for events across various international destinations. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, handles multiple bookings simultaneously with zero room for error, and can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and book international and local flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Manage last-minute changes and emergency travel issues promptly.
- Track travel expenses and ensure cost-effective booking solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand scheduling and accommodation needs.
- Maintain accurate travel records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
- Assist with visa processes and travel documentation where required.
Who You Are:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent multitasker with the ability to prioritize under pressure
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with vendors and travel agencies
- Experienced in using travel booking platforms and tools
- Able to work flexible hours when needed to accommodate different time zones
- UAE experience is preferred, but not essential
- Must be available to join immediately
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel coordination, executive assistance, or event logistics
- Background in the training, events industry or project management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma preferred
